Oki Ichikura called “the fatherhood of the Japanese sausage”. The Yokoshiba Hikari-machi chamber of commerce and industry youth part noticed that this Oki Ichikura is a local former student, and made them reproduce the big tree system sausage” with home-grown pork by making reference to the recipe for which Ichikura left it. There is also a town-run shokuiku center where hog raising business is popular and takes pride in history in more than 100 from the old days, and to tend to get fresh meat, the ham and the sausage which can enjoy the taste of the meat origin have been completed by relief and safety.

Tour of giblets
A dish of giblets with the fresh “raw giblets” to which a town-run shokuiku center is offered can be tasted in Yokoshiba Hikari-machi.
Because giblets are the ingredients which don’t last long for an included enzyme. Therefore the giblets offered in a distant place are something shipped after boiling or draft beer, and after having arrived, boiling is processed in each store, and it’s the current state that it’s preserved.
Pig keeping is popular in Yokoshiba Hikari-machi, and pork of shokuiku exclusive use and beef are processed every day. Therefore I get the “raw giblets” which have no necessity to do boiled processing. Do lower processing accurately at each restaurant, and please taste a dish of giblets with the fresh “raw giblets” which can’t be tasted easily by the other ones by which “raw giblets” boil a condition.
